WRHA Newcomer Well-Being

Tree of Well-Being – Winnipeg Regional Health Authority from Nilufer Rahman on Vimeo.

Several new Canadian families talk about how they have coped with the challenges of resettlement as they create "Trees of Well-Being" together – a tool that helps to highlight the sources of resilience in our lives.

A project of the WRHA Mental Health Promotion Team (Winnipeg Regional Health Authority) supported by the Children's Hospital Foundation.
