A group of Winnipeg youth have only four days to write, record and perform their own raps to a theatre-filled audience. This Spring Break workshop was organized by MEAAC (Manitoba Ethnocultural Advisory and Advocacy Council) and IRCOM (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba).
